		<description>when holding an employee meeting, it is important to make it clear that , yes,  it is okay to complain, rant, and say that &quot;that&#039;ll never work&quot;,  or &quot;it&#039;s been tried before&quot;.  however it is good to challenge the group that it is one thing to do all the above,  and yet quite another to offer a positive approach that may work.  if all you are going to do is be a gloomy gus,  or a negative neal,  your just adding to the problem,  not helping to solve it.  sometimes this statement will bear fruit,  and real creative juices begin to flow.</description>
